Now, there’s a new way to experience this local favorite: a tour of their coffee-making facility. Did you know Door County Coffee Tours are available every Friday?
The tour offers a straightforward, engaging look at how Door County Coffee creates their renowned brews. While you won’t be walking among the machines, the tour features a clear view through large glass panels into the production area. Here, you can watch the beans being roasted and learn about the different stages of coffee processing, all from a safe and unobtrusive distance.
The Door County Coffee tour provides a nice peek into the operations of a bustling coffee roastery. The warehouse portion of the tour is particularly interesting, showing where all the magic is packaged and prepared to be sent across the country. Tours are offered every Friday at 10am in Carlsville, Door County. The cost is $20 per person. They have 12 spots each Friday so you are encouraged to call and book your spot in advance.
